Assistant General Manager job opportunity in Nashua, NH

Our client, located near Lowell, MA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help the GM and Sales Team in developing Commercial Glazing opportunities. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, examining internal processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy, and implementing new processes and procedures. Provide estimating and project management as needed and oversight of commercial installations and services as Acting GM when needed.Must have 5-7 years of business development and direct management experience in the Commercial Glass industry (i.e., Glazing, Storefront). Solid understanding of financial fundamentals including project budget management and strong estimating and measurement, communication and MS Office skills is required. Additional training and/or certification is a plus.Salary commensurate with experience and benefits package. Local candidates only.
